Our standard policies for deliveries:

• Regular business hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
• Deliveries at other times are available at the After Hours rate.
• Dry runs are priced as "Regulars" for the specified area.
• The first five minutes of waiting time is free. Beyond that, the charge is $42.00 per hour, retroactive.
• Hour Messenger cannot guarantee same-day service for "Economies" requested after 10 a.m., or "Regulars" requested after 1:00 p.m.
• There is a 30% surcharge on deliveries called in at 3:00 p.m., or later, for same day delivery.
